Call for Student Volunteers
Volunteer applications for EMBC 2023 have now closed.
As a non-profit association, IEEE and EMBS are organizations led primarily by the efforts of volunteer contributors. Each year, at the IEEE EMB International Conference, conference organizers look to recruit student volunteers to help make the conference a success.
Acceptance
Student volunteers will be notified of acceptance by 30 June 2023. The volunteer program is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: Students must be registered and paid in full to attend the conference.
Service Hours
Students who complete 8 hours of volunteer service at the conference will be issued a full refund of their Conference registration fee.
Note: Two 4-hour shifts or one 8-hour shift.
Verification
Students must have their hours verified by the Professional Conference Organizer prior to leaving the conference and only students who have validated volunteer hours will have refunds processed.
