Instructions for poster presenters
The poster area is located in Hall E of the conference venue.
Posters should be set up 7.30-10.00 on the day you are presenting
All posters should be taken down after the poster session is finished.
Poster size and format
- All posters should include title, name of authors, institution, city and country. The lettering of the title should be a least 25 mm high and the main text at least 10 mm high.
- The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
- The language of the poster should be English.
- The measurement of your poster should be approximately A0 Portrait, (maximum 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high – 33.1 in. wide and 46.8 in. high).
- Please bring your poster to the Conference yourself.
- The Conference Secretariat will provide equipment for setting up the posters on the boards.
- The Conference Secretariat does not take responsibility for left or damaged posters.
Instructions for oral presentations
Presentation Format
- Format: PPTX, no keynote format is supported.
- Slide size: 16:9. Please do not forget to embed your fonts and to attach your video files, as they cannot be embedded into the presentation.
- Number of slides: No limit, depending on duration of talk.
Upload of presentation:
Your presentation can be uploaded in 2 ways:
- Upload before the conference
A link will be provided by email to you by the end of June 2025. You can upload through the link and ask questions if you need technical support. Any presentations uploaded before the conference can be replaced onsite if you have any changes. - Upload onsite
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive to the conference. We do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations.
Please bring your presentation to the Speakers Upload Center (at least 2 hours before your presentation).
A technician will assist you in transferring the presentation into a central conference server. When the transfer is complete, the technician performs a quick run of the presentation in order for you to check whether the presentation runs correctly, and that the entire presentation is copied.
Your presentation will then be available in the room, in which your session is scheduled.
