TERMS & CONDITIONS – for hotel rooms allocated through CAP Partner (Conference Organising Company)

We accept payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through the online booking platform. For payments via bank transfer, hotel bookings must be paid in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

AC Bella Sky Hotel & Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers Hotel

On or before 10 April 2025: Refund only if the hotel does not incur any charges.
On or after 11 April 2025: No refund.

Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers Hotel

On or before 31 March 2025: No cancellation fee.
Between 01 and 10 April 2025: Refund only if the hotel does not incur any charges.
On or after 11 April 2025: No refund.

Copenhagen Island Hotel, Copenhagen Strand Hotel & Wake Up Carsten Niebuhrs Gade

On or before 23 May 2025: No cancellation fee.
On or after 24 May 2025: No refund.

Grand Joanne Hotel

On or before 08 May 2025: No cancellation fee.
On or after 09 May 2025: No refund.
