Registration fees

The deadline for authors to pay to support their papers is April 30. The registration rates increase after May 30.
Student pricing is applicable for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Full Conference Registration (Non-Student) includes: Publication for up to 2 accepted papers. Access to all sessions, poster & exhibit hall, welcome reception, digital conference program, online conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts.

Author Policy
Author registration is non-refundable where the registration supports a paper that has completed the final submission. As per the author’s instructions, the presenting author must register to attend the conference in support of the paper. All individuals registering for the conference to support a paper submission must register with an Author Admission item to support paper submission. Each Author’s Full Registration (Undergraduate & Graduate Registration fees do NOT cover) will support up to 2 Accepted Papers of any submission type. An additional Full Registration will be required to cover additional submissions.

Cancellation terms
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu

Cancellations postmarked before and on 30 May, 2025, will be refunded, deducting an administration fee of 300 DKK. After 30 May 2025, registration fees are non-refundable.

If the conference is cancelled due to a global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded.

If the congress is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
