    • Rates: $65/night for single rooms, $90/night for double rooms; 13% taxes
  2. Guest-initiated bookings:
    • No guarantee of space; first-come, first-served

    • One-night non-refundable deposit due at time of booking, remaining balance due on arrival
    • Student rate: $67 CAD per night for single rooms, $93 CAD per night for double rooms; 13% taxes
