Presenter Guidelines

The poster area is located in Hall E of the conference venue.

All posters will be displayed in printed format only, and there will be no digital posters. Posters will be rotated throughout the conference dates according to the allocated poster sessions. Presenters are requested to install their posters before the commencement of their assigned display period and remove them at the conclusion of their allocated poster session. This will assist with the timely rotation of posters throughout the conference.

There are no printing services available onsite at the Conference. If printing is required upon arrival, we recommend arranging services through local print providers in Toronto.

• Quantity of prints
• Quality of paper
• Size of poster
• Colour or black and white
• Orientation (landscape or portrait)
• Final PDF Artwork file attachment
• Required date (pick-up date)

All speakers will be required to upload their slides via Dropbox before Monday 20 July 2026.

Important note:

• Please upload your PowerPoint file using the following naming convention: PresentationDate_PresentationTime_LastName_PresentationName ie: 22_02_25_1100_Smith_JohnsAmazingPresentation

DURING THE CONFERENCE

All speakers are required to visit the Speaker Preparation Room, located in Room 606 (Level 600) of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, prior to their session.

• If you have uploaded your slides before arriving, you will be able to review and test your presentation to ensure it is fully prepared for delivery.
• If you missed the deadline, you will be able to upload your slides before the start of your session.

For mini-symposia sessions, we kindly ask organisers to collate all presenters’ slides into a single PowerPoint slide deck for upload.
