Current Travel Grant Programs
Due to an exceptional volume of paper submissions this cycle, we have adjusted our administrative timelines to ensure a thorough review process.
Acceptance notifications were dispatched in mid-April. To provide all successful authors with sufficient time to request financial support, the travel grant application deadline was extended to May 1.
While we initially intended to announce travel grant recipients by May 15, the record number of applications received has required us to move the notification date to May 29. Our committee is working diligently to finalize selections, and we will make every effort to notify winners earlier if possible.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to your participation.
All applications must be submitted online through the official travel grant submission system linked below. For consideration of an IEEE EMBS supported travel grant, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria at the time of application submission and applications must be received by the dates noted below under specific conference. There are no exceptions for late or incomplete applications. Applications will be considered until the exhaustion of funds. Applicants will be notified of the decision. Successful applicants should make their own travel arrangements and keep receipts; they will receive detailed instructions on grant payment.
