Author registration is non-refundable once final the submission step is completed
As per the author policy related to Registration and Submission fees, each full attendee registration to the conference will support final submission for up to 2 paper submissions of any submission type. (*Single day rates, one day passes, Workshop only, exhibitor, or any other specialty prices do not include and will not support paper submission or allow final submission of a paper).
Additional fees apply for additional papers and papers that exceed the supported number of pages.
The paper management system will not allow the corresponding author to complete the final submission step for any paper where the proper registration fees and any applicable additional fees are not paid by an author of the paper.
We encourage Presenting Authors to register and pay ONLY after one has received a valid acceptance notification related to the paper.

Only the Corresponding author of an accepted paper can complete the final submission step
We highly recommend that only the corresponding author, who is responsible for presenting the paper on site at the conference, register through the Author registration system to support the final submission of the paper. Co-authors who plan to attend the conference, but will not be presenting the paper at the conference, should register for the conference via the general attendee registration system. Each paper can have only 1 corresponding author, and any author on the paper can be the corresponding author.
Remember to review the EMBS No Show policy
As the corresponding author is responsible for presenting the paper at the conference, if the corresponding author is not able to attend, or a co-author registers to attend in place of the corresponding author, the corresponding authors must following the no show policy procedure.

Registration Includes Access to all sessions, exhibits, welcome reception, conference program, online conference proceedings, plus additional conference handouts.
*Registration does not include conference proceedings on USB

Refunds: General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is requested in writing prior to the early registration deadline and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after the early registration deadline.

Author registration is non-refundable after FINAL paper submission.
Conference Badges:
Badges should be worn by all conference participants while in the conference areas. Badges validate your registrations and may be utilized to validate registration for sessions & workshops.
Badges can be printed at any registration area during the published open hours of the conference.
Name as provided for registration will be the name that appears on the badge.
Badges will not be mailed or sent in advance of the conference.
$20 USD Fee applies for re-print or replacement of a badge.
