Oral Presentation Guidelines

All conference papers accepted to EMBC 2020 will be presented via a pre-recorded video presentation.
Full Contributed Papers will be provided instructions on how to create and upload a 10 Minute Video presentation.
1 Page Research Abstracts will be provided instructions on how to create and upload a 5 Minutes Video Presentation

Timely submission of a valid video presentation will satisfy the conference presentation requirement.

Video file must be in an mp4, mpeg, or mpg (mov, avi, pdf, power point files, etc. are not supported)
Required Dimensions:
Minimum height 480 pixels
aspect ratio: 16:9
The Presentation should include:

• Paper Title
  
• Names of all included authors
  
• EMBC 2020 Referencing

Only authors who complete the pre-requisite registration and final submission requirements will be invited to upload their video during the video upload period for the submission type.

Whereas EMBC is a conference which encourages the exchange of ideas and networking among contributors to the field of biomedical engineering, all Authors which are registered for the conference are expected and encouraged to participate in the conference, Participation includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions or comments posed by other participants on the virtual conference platform.”
