U.S. Visa Requirements
A citizen of a foreign country who seeks to enter the United States generally must first obtain a U.S. visa, which is placed in the traveler’s passport, a travel document issued by the traveler’s country of citizenship.
Certain international travelers may be eligible to travel to the United States without a visa if they meet the requirements for visa-free travel. The Visa section of this website is all about U.S. visas for foreign citizens to travel to the United States.
Conference Invitation Letter
IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.
Instructions for downloading your Visa / Invitation Letter will be included in your registration confirmation email
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the IEEE EMBC 2024.
Please note that attendees who receive an Invitation letter can not transfer or refund their registration.
