  • Saturday, June 29th: Graphic & Equipment Rental Deadline (regular rate)
  • Monday, July 8th: Deadline to purchase Lead Retrieval


All Sponsor and Exhibit representatives must be registered to participate in the conference. The following sponsor & exhibit opportunities include complimentary full conference registrations:

All sponsor/exhibit staff participating in the conference sessions or exhibit hall must register and pay the appropriate fees. 

Exhibit Booth:

The following items are included in all exhibit booths:

  • 10ft x 10ft Pipe & Drape booth
  • Carpeting
  • One 6ft table and 2 Chairs
  • Organizations Name on booth ID board
  • Electrical will be available at each booth. There will be one outlet per booth, extension cords will not be provided.

Additional items can be purchased through the GES Exhibitor Kit. Companies MUST finalize their contract and payment with EMBC before working with GES.

The below floorplan is tentative and subject to change. The conference reserves the right to adjust the location of booths as needed onsite to accommodate food & beverage.

You simply tell us how many users you want to have access, to and what Qualifying Questions you want to include, and we will provide instructions for setting everything up on your phone.

All data collected is uploaded and stored in real time on a secure server. We simply provide you with a web link, username, and password that will provide you access to download your leads whenever you want!
